He provides technical thought leadership in next-generation solutions for emerging technologies, including Connected Cars, 5G, Smart Cities, Private Wireless Networks, and Global Connectivity. Additionally, Hanif’s experience on various boards will be invaluable to the Board as we attract more institutional investors.

Geoffrey has a distinguished career, leveraging cutting-edge technologies with multiple successful startup exits. His accolades include being named Entrepreneur of the Year and serving as an Associate Founder at Singularity University. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning.

Mokah has a deep-rooted family background in ranching and farming. Growing up in Alberta, she has witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by the agricultural industry. Her vision to automate the manual decision-making processes encountered by ranchers daily is the driving force behind OneCup AI.

William H. Smith is a director, investor, and advisor with a focus on effective governance, corporate finance, and strategy in diverse domestic and international businesses, both traditional and innovative. He has been a board member or senior officer of more than 20 listed companies and numerous closely held companies, most of which he became involved with as a startup.

Bill also actively supports the nonprofit sector as a board director, currently including Bio-Conservation Databank Foundation, Energi Simulation Foundation, C2C2C Unity Corridor Foundation, and formerly chair of the Advisory Board of the National Research Council’s IRAP.
